When Two Minute Billing fits
- Your billing fee grows with your revenue, and you want a flat monthly price.
- You want to self-host the billing engine or read its code.
- You want every metric, including cohorts and net revenue retention, on every plan.
When Recurly is the better fit
- Your gateway is not one of our 12. Recurly lists 20+.
- You want US sales tax rates found for you. Recurly's built-in tax does that on all plans.
- You bill more than $1M and want an annual contract at a rate under 1%.
What to plan for
Our limits against Recurly, said up front.
- 12 gateways. We cannot charge through a gateway that is not one of them.
- You enter tax rates yourself. We do not look them up or file returns.
Moving from Recurly
