# Report dashboards

> A named, saved arrangement of reports.

A named, saved arrangement of reports. A dashboard stores REFERENCES to report keys plus the options each tile pins — never a copy of a report definition — so a tile cannot drift from the report it names. Org-level with an optional `business`, the same shape as list views and for the same reason. `visibility` decides who sees one; only the owner may rename, re-share, default or delete it. A key can leave the catalogue, so a tile carries `available` and is reported as unavailable rather than silently dropped — a dashboard that quietly loses a tile changes what its name means.
