# The rows behind a report figure

Reconciling with the figure is the whole point, so the window is taken from the report layer's own bucket builder rather than re-derived from the range name — cut on a second calendar, an export would explain a number it does not equal. Σ `reporting_amount_minor` over the window equals the headline of the dataset's `reconciles_with` report, exactly, in integer minor units.

Every money column stays in the currency it was earned in, with `reporting_rate` and `reporting_amount_minor` beside it saying what conversion the report applied. Totals are offered PER CURRENCY and never across them: adding paise to cents produces a number that is true of nothing. A row in a currency no exchange rate reaches is left out, because the report leaves it out too.

`data` is an array of arrays positioned by `columns`, paged with the usual `limit`/`starting_after` cursor. `format=csv` streams the same rows a page at a time, so the response is bounded by a page rather than by the size of the tenant; an empty window still returns the header row, because a file with no header reads as a broken export rather than a quiet period.
