# The report catalogue

> Every report this business can answer, as DECLARATIONS — key, name, description, category and its label, cross-cutting tags, the dimensions it may be grouped by, and its variants.

A client renders a report it has never heard of from this plus the answer envelope, which is the point: a catalogue with its own copy of what exists will eventually offer a report the engine has dropped, or hide one it has gained.
