Partial: a key you omit is left alone, and an explicit `null` clears it — so renaming a view cannot blank the sort it carries. Only the owner may edit; someone else's view answers 404, which is also the answer for one that does not exist (distinguishing them would disclose that a colleague holds a private view by that id).
