# Get one audit record

Returns an `audit_record`: the actor, source and origin IP of ONE action, plus a `blocks` array holding a block per resource it changed. One action can change several resources (activating a subscription also raises an invoice), and the rows sharing its `trace_id` are that action. Each block carries the changed-field diff (`before`/`after`) and, when a snapshot was captured, the whole record on both sides (`before_full`/`after_full`) so the change can be read in context. `snapshot` says which: `available` (both sides), `created` (no prior state — the record was created), or `none` (no snapshot captured, or it was erased with the customer's personal data). Pass `?source=<resource_type>` to hoist that resource's block to the front; it only reorders, every block is always returned.
